简介

冯志勇,男,工学博士,中国计算机学会理事会理事,中国计算机学会杰出会员,中国计算机学会服务计算专业委员会副主任委员,中国计算机学会教育专业委员会资深常务委员,中国计算机学会软件工程专业委员会委员, ACM中国天津分部主席。主持国家、省部及横向科研项目十多项,发表学术论文200多篇。

1996年获天津大学博士学位,博士期间主要研究计算机集成制造系统及相关软件技术,作为核心成员参加了国家863”项目、国家自然科学基金项目、天津市自然科学基金项目等多个科研项目。1999年起作为负责人主持了中外建发展有限公司CIMS应用工程项目的一、二期工程开发和实施(1999-2004),指导了公司ERP系统的实施和CAD系统的二次开发,负责开发了中外建发展股份有限公司售后服务系统、计算机辅助工艺规划系统、数控机床刀具管理信息系统等应用软件。2001年作为实际负责人参加了天津市科技攻关计划项目通用CSCW应用系统开发平台与工具组件的研究,开发了一套面向企业内部协同工作的组件系统和开发平台。2003-2006年,负责IBM国际合作项目Rapid Development Tools for Agent Based Information Systems(基于Agent的信息系统快速开发工具)研究,以及天津市重点科技攻关项目面向企业信息集成的开发平台研究,完成了一个轻量级多代理系统的设计,并在Eclipse平台上完成了基于自定义Agent模式语言(APL, Agent Pattern Language)的集成开发环境设计和开发,并基于该环境开发了一个供应链系统原型。自2003年开始,在本体论、语义网和Web Services等方面开展探索性研究,2005-2007年主持天津市自然科学基金重点项目面向语义网的新型软件体系及平台的研究,自行开发了本体整合工具、基于本体描述的常用算法库、本体检索工具,以及基于本体的汽车供应链管理系统等软件。在国家 863 计划的资助下,提出了以服务网络(SN 为基础的面向解决方案的服务架构(SoSA),开发了相应的服务计算支撑环境——服务网络系统,并在华为公司“开放能力适配及Qos 管理”项目中得到应用。在国家基金项目的资助下,提出了基于限定的本体和规则统一推理框架,指导开发了一套基于Wiki和开放本体的大规模分布式知识查询系统——Jingwei

此外,作为负责人主持了京津软件产业共同体发展规划天津市电子信息领域高新技术及其产业化战略研究,作为核心成员参加了天津市十一五科技规划等软课题项目。现在主持和参加国家863、国家自然科学基金、企业委托等项目4项。

研究领域 : 知识工程、服务计算、计算机认知

知识工程

该方向重点研究语义网表述语言的扩展、语义网支撑平台和部件的开发、语义网的信任、语义网在工程领域的应用等。以自主计算为背景,综合研究互联网上知识的存储、获取、融合和检索等技术。研究知识库的增量化管理技术,确保应用知识库的可扩充性和自学习特征,研究基于概念的智能分类和检索技术。在知识库管理方面,元件库中除包括已有的元件之外,还需要为每个元件实现配置管理,并需要为每个元件提取特征以及定义元件之间的依赖性,以方便日后的集成工作。与此同时,努力探索相关技术在物流管理等领域的应用。

该方向获得了国家863项目《基于语义的大数据存储体系结构及关键技术》,国家自然科学基金项目《面向Wiki的多维动态语义计算模型及关键技术研究》、《基于通用GPURDF流数据推理架构和核心算法》《Web规模RDF图数据的高效率路径查询及推理研究》、《基于用户意图的语义大数据处理关键技术研究》,天津市基础研究重点项目《面向语义网的新型软件体系及工具平台研究》、《基于语义Web的物流管理系统研究》、《基于SOA的现代物流系统关键技术研究》的资助,自行研制了一套大规模分布式知识查询处理系统——Jingwei。现已完成学术研究论文60多篇,获得软件著作权5项,完成《本体论工程及其应用》专著1部。在承担国家和天津市等纵向课题的同时,还承担企业委托的《智能化节能检测及监控系统在供热行业的示范应用》等横向课题。发表论文60多篇

服务计算(云服务、移动互联网、社会计算)

该方向研究重点是面向互联网的复杂信息系统,着重体系架构的描述和实现工具技术方面的研究。结合移动互联网发展的需求,从应用系统整合、挖掘、推荐和迁移等角度研究移动互联网客户端系统应用的相关问题,旨在填补面向需求与应用系统实现之间的鸿沟。

该方向获得了国家863项目《面向解决方案的服务架构和支撑环境》,国家自然科学基金面上项目《Web服务社会模型的建立及应用研究》、《基于Linked Open DataWeb服务语义互操作关键技术》,天津市项目《面向解决方案的服务重用与演化》、天津市科技支撑计划项目《基于数据服务的数据集成平台研究》,IBM大学合作基金项目《Rapid Development Tools for Agent Based Information Systems》(基于Agent的信息系统快速开发工具)的资助,提出了一整套关于Web服务网络的理论体系,开发了一套Web服务网络环境支撑平台,一套基于Web服务的数据集成平台,现已经发表重要期刊论文和国际会议论文60多篇。

计算机认知

计算机认知是计算机视觉的扩展。在计算机视觉研究中,人们试图建立能够从图像或者多维数据中获取『信息』的人工智能系统。由于感知可以看作是从感官信号中提 取信息,所以计算机视觉也可以看作是研究如何使人工系统从图像或多维数据中“感知”的科学。计算机视觉寻求基于相关理论与模型来建立计算机视觉系统,是生物视觉的一个补充。在生物视觉领域中,已经建立了人类和各种动物的视觉系统感知信息过程的物理模型,生物视觉与计算机视觉进行的学科间交流具有巨大学科价值。计算机认知是计算机视觉的扩展,将认知科学引入计算机领域,根据视觉、触觉、听觉等多维因素,进一步增强计算机对世界的理解。

该方向是新开辟的探索性研究方向,承担国家自然科学基金项目《面向交互式情感计算的多模态信息融合建模研究》,公司委托的《瓷砖质量检测系统》和《XXXXXX》、《XXXXXX》等横向课题多项,发表论文30多篇

教育教学

多年来从事高等教育工作,在19881998年期间,主要从事力学及其工程应用领域的教学活动,主讲了工程力学、弹性力学、实用最优化设计、变分法及高等有限元、线性及非线性振动、随机振动、运动稳定性、分析力学、C++程序设计等本科生及研究生课程。自1999年以来,由于研究方向的转变,教学工作也转向计算机应用及计算机软件等方面,主讲机器人学、计算机辅助设计、数值分析、软件系统分析与设计、软件体系结构、高等软件工程、高级人工智能等本科和研究生课程。

内容:本课程内容包括误差和误差的传播和算法的稳定性与收敛性的概念, Lagrange插值、Newton插值、分段插值、三次样条插值基本插值方法,最小二乘法和加权最小二乘法,Newton-Cotes公式、Romberg算法和Gauss型求积公式;Newton迭代法、割线法等非线性方程组求解算法,高斯消去法、列主元素高斯消去法、追赶法、雅可比迭代法、塞德尔迭代法等线性方程组求解算法,欧拉方法、Runge_Kutta方法、Adamas方法等常微分方程求解算法,各类算法的稳定性与收敛性。
